Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by Imprintify. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our fraud detection systems.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) or US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website.

7. Custom Design Services

For custom design orders:

• You must approve the final design before production begins
• Changes cannot be made once production has started
• You are responsible for ensuring your design does not infringe on third-party rights
• We reserve the right to refuse designs that violate our content policies

8. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

9. Returns and Refunds

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Helsinki, Finland.
