At Imprintify, we strive to deliver your custom products as quickly and efficiently as possible. This shipping policy outlines our practices regarding order processing, shipping methods, delivery times, and related information.
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. For custom designs that require approval, processing begins after you approve the design mockup. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website or by contacting our customer service team.
For international orders, please be aware that you may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are not included in our shipping fees and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Customs processing can sometimes delay package delivery. Unfortunately, we have no control over these delays and cannot guarantee delivery times for international shipments.
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, there may be certain countries or regions where we cannot ship due to shipping carrier restrictions or international regulations. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact our customer service team before placing an order.
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only accommodate address changes if the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement order.
